General booking terms and conditions

The following booking terms and conditions are legally binding and fully understood as such.
All rates include breakfast, VAT and all use of free hotelservices. Bookable also for single nights.


Cancellations & No shows

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 0 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The given creditcard will be used to charge the fees.

However, we are always willing to find solutions, in case of unforeseen incidences.


Deposits and guarantees

A deposit is not required. A credit card information is always neccessary to generate a confirmed and guaranteed booking.


Extra, children and baby – beds

One child under 3 years is charged EUR 10 per person per night in a child's cot/crib. One child under 14 years is charged EUR 30 per person per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 40 per person per night in an extra bed. (all usual services incl.)
